Christopher Hinton is a coach, speaker, and emotional intelligence educator. He grew up adopted, walked through the fire of heartbreak and loss, built businesses, lost them, rebuilt again, and discovered that the real battle was never outside of him. It was always internal. After a twenty-year marriage ended, he began the journey inward, not to fix himself, but to finally understand who was talking inside his own mind. He now helps others do the same. He teaches people how to regulate emotions, observe their thoughts, and stop reacting from pain. His work blends lived experience, psychology, and spiritual surrender. He believes healing doesn’t mean erasing the past, it means learning how to lead the parts of you that got stuck there. All proceeds from his books go to Shriners Children’s Hospital, a place that once helped him when he needed it most.
