Harris is a mindset and performance expert who has conducted over 100 media interviews. His expertise in mental toughness was earned firsthand during his 25-year career as a private contractor training military and elite special forces in close-quarters combat and relative superiority. As a former all-star sales performer and leader in the competitive tech sales industry, Harris authored "Phase Selling." Since then, as a keynote speaker and executive coach, he has taught his methodology to thousands of B2B sellers and executives worldwide, helping them exceed their quotas and lead more effectively by adopting a warrior’s mindset. Harris has authored 10 books, including "The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Self-Defense," licensed by one of the largest publishers in the world. In his book "I Go Thru," he uses real-life examples from his tumultuous childhood to inspire others to overcome adversity using their existing tools. Harris is the founder of Roku Jutsu, an elite system of close-quarters combat he created in 1993 to train private security firms, the military, and special forces. After teaching his system to warfighters as a private contractor for 25 years, Harris was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame and is ranked Grand Master. He is also a member of the Forbes Council and Business Executive for National Security (BENS).
