Charlotte is a 38 year old sports lover. She did her first triathlon in 2003 and has not looked back since. Having been involved in many sports along the way, Charlotte found triathlon gave her such variety and challenge that she stuck with it. She has competed at sprint, Olympic and half ironman distances and mentors other women looking to get involved. Charlotte now lives in the south of England most of the year but heads off to the south of Spain in the winter to stay warm. When she is not writing, coaching and inspiring other women, Charlotte loves to travel, cook, find exotic coffee locations and dabble with new languages.
