Catharine Findiesen Hays co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Wharton Future of Advertising Program, an international, interdisciplinary think tank focused on mindsets and strategies for making advertising and marketing radically better for people, society and business. She is co-host of the monthly CMO Spotlight radio show and podcast on Wharton Business Radio, SiriusXM 132. She speaks and advises on related topics including all-touchpoint orchestration, people-centric corporate strategies and frameworks, value-creating content and context approaches and responsible innovation. Previously she led pioneering B2B international marketing, product management, strategy, and corporate sales teams during a 16-year career at AT&T. She earned an MBA, The Wharton School (Lauder Institute Fellow); MA, International Studies, University of Pennsylvania; BS, Georgetown School of Foreign Service; AA, Franklin University, Switzerland.
