Dr. Casey Jensen spent his early career moving cargo across continents as a U.S. Air Force logistics specialist — until he was selected to teach at Airman Leadership School, where he discovered he was built for the people-development profession.

When he left the military, he didn't know leadership development existed as a profession outside of service. He returned to supply chain work, cycled through roles in search of the same sense of purpose he'd found in uniform, and eventually found his way back to what he was built for — developing leaders within large organizations, including Cigna, Peabody Energy, and Spectrum Brands.

That inside view — what leadership development actually looks like from within organizations, not from the outside looking in — shaped everything he now teaches.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and an MBA from Quinnipiac University, both earned while working full-time.

The Leadership Revolution is his first book — the result of eighteen months of research into how leadership has evolved across history, and what it actually takes to lead people effectively in a world shaped by AI, generational shift, and changing expectations of work and authority.

Casey is the founder of Future Point Innovations, a leadership consultancy based in the St. Louis area.
