Carrie Woodcock is the owner of Total Transformation: Transform your body, mind, and spirit, an NCCA accredited Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist certified through the American Council on Exercise, and author of CROSSROADS: My search for truth through music and a lot of red wine, Foundations: An eight-week behavior change program designed to help you create a balanced, stable, and fulfilled life, and Foundations Habit Journal. Carrie began her journey as a personal trainer and fitness class instructor but quickly realized that wellness was much more complicated than a simple workout routine. This understanding inspired Carrie to develop Foundations - a program that takes a multi-dimensional approach to health and wellness, taking into consideration every facet of an individual’s being when developing a plan to create healthy habits. In 2014 Carrie found herself at a crossroads - divorced, raising her son alone, establishing a new business, and embarking on a new career path. She began developing Foundations to help her stay focused, disciplined, and accountable for her own behavior as she set off to achieve her goals. Over the last ten years Foundations has helped her to improve her health and fitness, nutrition, relationships, financial stability, self-confidence ad self-love, and achieve countless career goals. Along with managing her own business, Carrie is the Director of Wellness and Recovery Services at S.T.E.P. by S.T.E.P., Inc. in Ogdensburg, New York, where she helps people recovering from addiction and mental health disabilities implement change to better manage their day to day lives with behavior change strategies. Carrie is the host of the Foundations Podcast and the co-host of the Beyond the Box Podcast. Carrie lives with her son in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and is a musician and songwriter, spending much of her free time coaching voice, guitar and piano, and performing locally.
