She wants all the animals in the world to have a nice life too. In each story she finds happy animals and sad animals. With her Super Hero powers and her message about kindness, Roxi helps the sad animals to become happy animals. Through age-appropriate content and cute illustrations, each story focuses on a specific animal and a corresponding animal welfare issue. For young children, the stories are fun and entertaining promoting kindness towards animals; however, for the adult (parent, grandparent, care-giver, or educator) reading to the child, the author’s intent is a deeper message about animal welfare and how we all can help.
