Carlene Marie is the author of Enough Already: Release Self-Doubt, Reclaim Your Worth, Remember Your Light. Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, she helps women recognize and release the “not enough” story, rebuild self-trust, and live from the worth that has been theirs all along.

A Certified Master Mindpower Coach, Certified Life, Health & Wellness Coach, and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Guide, Carlene is known for bringing science and soul together. She blends neuroscience, nervous-system regulation, emotional mastery, and spirit-rooted wisdom with practical tools women can carry into their everyday lives.

Her work is deeply informed by her own reinvention through unexpected health challenges, changing family roles, and a courageous midlife reset. Her journey back to herself became the foundation of the work she now considers both her calling and a sacred honor: helping women find their way back to their own inner knowing, reclaim their inherent worth, and remember the light within them.
