With a career spanning over three decades, Callie has cofounded and led numerous successful ventures, including iLUMI, Steuer Management, Oral Surgical Specialists, Dental Specialists of Maine, Level 10 Landworks, and Providio. She is also the founder of Pretty Sisters, a company dedicated to empowering women and celebrating kindness. A dynamic leader and educator, Callie serves as a dōTERRA Diamond Leader and active speaker, inspiring individuals worldwide to innovate their lives through essential oils, which she fondly refers to as “the magic pixie dust” for transformation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Brigham Young University and a master’s in business administration. Callie’s extensive experience includes serving on advisory boards and mentoring others in both business and personal development. Her mantra, "Dream, Believe, Create," drives her mission to empower others to unlock their potential and realize their aspirations. When she’s not managing businesses or inspiring others, Callie is an active mother of five thriving children and a devoted grandmother.
