Calista Ocean is a writer, a mother, a yoga teacher, and a dreamer. She travels and blogs, but isn’t a travel blogger. She’s a recovering perfectionist, who has learned that sometimes doing nothing means everything. In 2018, after eighteen months of planning and an unexpected battle with early stage breast cancer, Calista walked away from her life in southern California to live “in the world.” She sold her home and left her job to become a vagabond writer. Her debut novel, In Peril is inspired by an idea that she had almost thirty years ago. When she finished the first draft in 2011, she had no idea that she would complete the re-write several years later from the mountains and jungles of Peru. Since then, she's also published 'Explore Your Inner Landscape' - a 52-week journey of self reflection. Available in both paperback and Kindle.
