Bryan Clark is an award-winning author and U.S. Army Special Forces veteran who retired after a 25-year military career. He spent the majority of his career serving with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), with experiences spanning combat operations and assignments across multiple regions of the world.

Those experiences provide the foundation for Bryan’s writing. His Mendacity series blends military fiction, covert operations, geopolitical intrigue, and the complicated realities that exist behind the decisions made on the battlefield. Drawing from firsthand experience, he writes with an emphasis on authenticity, technical realism, and the human relationships that develop among those operating in uncertain environments.

Beyond fiction, Bryan writes about military service, transition, leadership, and the experiences veterans carry with them long after leaving uniform. He is the founder of The Mission Brief, a publication dedicated to giving veterans a place to share their stories, perspectives, and reflections.

Bryan continues to write the Mendacity series while exploring nonfiction projects drawn from his experiences in the military and the years that followed.
