Founded in 2004, Bryan started his journey of entrepreneurship and employer branding in consumer branding and digital design before narrowing the focus toward employer branding, employee value proposition and talent attraction in 2008 with the help of an amazing team. The combination of his unusual route into the industry and surrounding himself with incredibly talented, creative, and curious people inspired Bryan to develop and evolve a unique employer brand framework based on a passion for human behaviour and the power of storytelling.
