Brian Jensen an executive search consultant at Vanderbloemen, a firm that helps faith-based organizations build great teams through staffing and organizational consulting services. Prior to joining Vanderbloemen, Brian spent fifteen years in Christian higher education. He served at Geneva College, first as a Residence Director, then as the Director of Student Leadership Development, and finally as the Vice President of Student Development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in higher education with an emphasis in educational leadership. In addition to consulting with churches, nonprofits, and higher education institutions, Brian also presents at colleges and conferences on topics regarding leadership development, student retention management, and educational leadership. Brian and his wife Sara journey the exciting adventure of life together with their four children, Toby, Zoe, Levi, and Mira.
