Brett Thomas is an American writer, novelist and wellness seeker. He believes that the link between the body and the mind has been overlooked by many. He plans to share his experience of mindfulness, human movement and general well-being in his writing. Brett was a competitive track & field athlete at University. He’s completed multiple marathons, triathlons and other tests of endurance. He now prefers to spend his time on a less punishing workout schedule whilst incorporating meditating, yoga and resistance exercises into his daily practice. When he’s not training or writing, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing chess, and travelling.
