Brett Hillesheim has always been drawn to storytelling, with a natural talent for weaving tales of faraway lands. His love for fantasy shines through in his writing, drawing readers into worlds filled with magic and adventure. Brett is the award-winning Editor-in-Chief of Engineering Georgia Magazine and holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. His passion for storytelling is matched by his dedication to his family. Inspired by his four younger children, “Amelia and the Orc” reflects his belief that anyone can be a hero. Brett’s wife, Summer, continually inspires and supports his creative endeavors. Brett resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and their seven children.
