Bret Starr is founder and CEO of The Starr Conspiracy, an experience agency that has served thousands of tech companies around the world since 1999. Bret has dedicated his entire career to developing abundant employee, customer and shareholder experiences. He is an author, speaker and executive, but spends most of his time in the lab researching and creating experience models to help make the human-first value chain a broad reality. His agency has been the recipient of more than a dozen national and international innovation awards (including Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators) along with scores of industry awards in the fields of brand, marketing, sales and work tech. Bret lives with his wife, Jennifer, and two kids, Bonnie (12) and Jack (8) in Fort Worth, Texas.
