Hello, I'm thrilled you are interested in leadership with a different spin, leading with God's Kingdom in mind. Some leaders lead with power in mind, but biblical leaders seek to lead as Christ lived his life, with humility and a servant's heart. My leadership career spans over 4 decades (34 as an educator: from teaching high school science to over 30 years at three Christian colleges). For the past decade I've been blessed to interact with some of the top faith leaders in business and have learned so much from them, as they seek to live our their faith in the marketplace. I'm a blessed man with a 47 year marriage, 4 grown children, and 6 grandkids. My leadership career and family have taught me so much, but it is my faith that has served as the foundation for all of life. My book, Leadership by The Book: Lessons from Every Book of the Bible is a rich resource for leaders, since it seeks to highlight leadership nuggets from every book of God's Word.
