Dr. Brenda J. Scruggs is the author of 4 books. She has an educational background and she retired in 2009 with thirty-six years in the field of education. Dr. Scruggs received a BS degree in elementary education from Paine College in Augusta, Georgia; a master's degree in educational administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina; and an EdD in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Scruggs is a Christian first. To her, that means living for Christ and striving daily to be more and more like Him. She is a firm believer that if you proclaim to be a Christian, then you should act like one all the time. You can't, according to her, say you are a Christian on Sunday and then act another way on Monday. The author was married and in a loving relationship until God saw fit to call her husband home. As she writes other love novels, she plans to share based on her own experiences with love. Dr. Scruggs' book Love is in the Air was inspired by events that actually happened in the life of someone the author knows. Because it is a love or romance novel, she included a special section of Love Quotes, towards the end of the book. Her book, The Cornerstone is a children's book about a girl who got excited learning about Christ. Creative Designs is for anyone who likes to relax and be creative in coloring while doing so. This book can be enjoyed by anyone of any age. The book not mentioned here is Sixteen Ways to Enhance Success. This book is for anyone who wants to enhance what they are already doing to be successful. Happy reading, and do look for other books by Dr. Brenda Scruggs in the future.
