I live in North Logan Utah. I grew up down on the island in Logan. They call it the island because the Logan River coming out of the canyon spits so we are surrounded by water. I love this beautiful Cache Valley and surrounding areas. I married and I raised four boys here. I am a homemaker. I loved taking care of my home and family and I still do. I think it is important to always be learning and growing. I love to explore, learn about and try new things to enhance life. When I learned and practiced this technique and expanded on it I wanted to share it. I love being able to say 2 words and feel my body and mind relax. I like easy and simple. I got tired of reading or listening to long information not learning about something that was offered. Only a product for sale. So I just wrote down how to do what I am offering. I just want to share it.
