Brenda C. Poulos is an award-winning Christian fiction author whose heartfelt stories explore faith, forgiveness, and the transformative power of God's grace in everyday lives. With nine Christian fiction novels to her credit, Brenda writes with authenticity and compassion about the real struggles believers face and the hope found in surrendering to God's perfect plan. Before becoming a full-time author, Brenda dedicated her career to education and counseling, earning degrees in Family Life Studies, Education, Special Education, and Counseling Psychology. She taught high school and elementary school and served as a school counselor, experiences that deepened her understanding of human relationships, family dynamics, and the challenges young people face. This background enriches her fiction with psychological insight and emotional authenticity that resonates with readers seeking stories grounded in real-life complexity. Brenda's journey to professional authorship began in fourth grade when she started writing short stories for her own enjoyment. During her senior year of high school, she served as editor of her school newspaper, earning an Excellence in Journalism award. After retirement from her career as an educator, she pursued her calling as a novelist, attending conferences and studying the craft to bring readers stories that inspire, encourage, and point toward Christ. Her Christian worldview infuses every page she writes. Brenda believes that God can redeem any situation, heal any wound, and restore any relationship when we surrender our brokenness to Him. Through relatable characters facing authentic struggles of betrayal, loss, difficult choices, and the journey toward forgiveness, her novels demonstrate that faith isn't about perfection, but about trusting God's grace to carry us through life's hardest moments. A member of Anthem Authors and American Christian Fiction Writers, Brenda has received several awards for her work. She and her husband live in Henderson, Nevada, where they enjoy home renovation projects and traveling. They have four adult children and eight grandchildren. Brenda blogs weekly, sharing encouragement and insights on living a faith-filled life. Her ministry through fiction stories offers hope, demonstrates God's redemptive power, and reminds us that no mistake is beyond His ability to transform into something beautiful. She also offers tips, encouragement and information to new authors on writing trends and techniques on Facebook and her website.
