Bonnie Tsui is an award-winning journalist and the bestselling author of the new book On Muscle: The Stuff That Moves Us and Why It Matters, an NPR "Books We Love" Nonfiction Staff Pick for 2025 and a Barnes & Noble Best Book of the Year.
