Hello, FIRST TEMPTATION fans this is Belinda Arlane with yet another supernatural tale, DESTROYER. This is the awaited sequel to, THE FIRST TEMPTATION, Tempter. DESTROYER picks up where TEMPTER left off. Evianna Baxter's life just got kicked up several notches in treachery, betrayal and deceit. I know we said goodbye to her off that 25th story ledge of her posh condo, but do we know why? Well NOW, we do. Find out if it was suicide or homicide or a bit of both. As a child I listened, just as Elizabeth Duncan (Evianna's neighbor in TEMPTER) did to ghostly stories that freaked me out! Science Fiction and Horror movies, were part of my childhood, like watching WEIRD, on the weekends with my parents and siblings and then too frightened to go to bed. As an avid reader, I would add Dracula and other ghoulies to my reading material tucked in between, WAR and PEACE, LITTLE WOMEN and history books. I adore: Octavia Butler, Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, J R. R. Tolkien, David Seltzer, Anne Rice and Ira Levin. I love movies of all kinds, but as you may have guessed, science fiction and horror along with epic movies like: Ben Hur, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Jurassic Park. My absolute all time favorite sci-fi movie is the original, The Day the Earth Stood Still, with Michael Rennie. Romance movies are on my list of likes, but those impossible ones like: Romeo and Juliet and Gone with the Wind's Scarlett and Rhett. Now let's add two more names to that list, Evianna Baxter and Miguel Santiago, from TEMPTER and DESTROYER. How far would you go for love? Hell, Death and the Grave?
