Dr. Gary and Barb Rosberg are sought-after executive life and marriage coaches, award-winning authors, and beloved international marriage conference speakers. Together, the Rosbergs are co-founders of the for profit The Rosberg Group where they provide marriage coaching, as well as one on one executive life coaching. The Rosbergs are on the faculty of the International Christian Coaching Institute to launch later in 2020. This new global coaching institute will credential coaches in several disciplines including marriage coaching. The Rosbergs serve as faculty for three courses designed to equip coaches to earn the Masters of Marriage Coaching certification. These three courses will each include 10 hours of video training, an exam for each course and several resources to equip credentialed coaches. The Rosbergs will be mentoring marriage coaches in groups and individually worldwide to aid the newly credentialed coaches’ in their own practices. Dr. Gary earned his doctorate degree (Ed. D.) in counseling from Drake University and conducted individual, marriage and family counseling for over 20 years whereby he logged more than 25,000 hours. Barb earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Drake and brings decades of wisdom from coaching and teaching women to her work with the couples of The Rosberg Group. Dr. Gary and Barb are certified John C. Maxwell international speakers, trainers and coaches and Board Certified Master Life and Marriage Coaches through Light University. The Rosbergs are also the founders of the international ministry, America's Family Coaches, and directly address the needs of marriages today with remarkable insight and biblical truth, as well as the co-founders of Impact Iowa's Heroes, designed to honor and strengthen the marriages of Iowa's first responders and military personnel. They have spoken nationally and internationally together for over 35 years. For over 22 years the Rosbergs co-hosted their national radio program as well as having spoken to military couples since 2006 across the USA. Gary and Barb have written over a dozen prominent marriage and family resources and DVD series with almost 1 million total copies in print world-wide; including the "6 Secrets to a Lasting Love" (Gold Medallion winner) and "The 5 Love Needs of Men & Women" (Gold Medallion finalist). Selected books are available in over 12 different languages with six titles in Spanish. Married since 1975, Gary and Barb have two married adult daughters and 12 grandchildren and reside outside of Des Moines, Iowa.
