I am from an average, hardworking family and the first to get a degree. I have been very involved in sports my entire life. I think I have played just about every sport invented by man, but at the end of the day my true passion is hockey. The camaraderie we good friends have on and off the ice I will cherish forever. As well as sports, I have been known to pick up my guitar on occasion and destroy whatever song I attempt to sing. I married an Irish lass and we were blessed to have two wonderful children. Family is everything! To watch them grow up and to help guide them through the journeys in their young lives is priceless. I have been a motorcycle enthusiast all of my life. I have been the proud owner of many bikes including some cool cruising bikes and have travelled extensively throughout North America. Since I was a young boy I have always been interested in fixing things. I had to know how and why they ticked and then tear them apart to try and repair them myself. It was just in the blood. I even had my own toolbox that contained a hammer, a screwdriver, a pair of pliers and duct tape. A life filled with DIY project mishaps inspired my first book, "The Cheap Handyman". I enjoy reading books, particularly ones that make you feel good. I have always enjoyed humorous stories as they can cure the woe’s, of the soul. Laughter truly is the best medicine. My latest release "HEY BOOMER! Sometimes You Just Gotta Laugh" aims to make my fellow seniors smile.
