Our most relevant teacher in life is Life itself! I must confess that relatively drastic life experiences have taught me much more than a thing or two. Coupled with a career in a public service organization aiming to bring peace in the world while helping developing countries to recover from disasters and conflicts, I feel I may have seen more than my fair share of the human condition in the world, compelling me to finally wake-up from the complacency coma which permeates most of humanity. These experiences and life lessons provide the inspiration for me to write; to share what may prove helpful to others in understanding Life beyond the visible; to provoke reflections that may prove helpful to others in living a better life. At the same time, I am committed to the cause of girl education, which still remains a scarce privilege in many parts of our world. Statistics prove that an educated girl improves her own life, improves her family's life, and contributes to poverty reduction in her country. When you educate a girl, you enlighten the whole nation. Every penny of royalties that I receive from my book(s) will therefore be used to send disadvantaged girls across the world to school.
