Over the past 9 years, I have helped thousands of people overcome their anxiety caused by fear of failure and judgement, so they can build their confidence and feel more empowered to live happier lives. After spending over fifteen years as a TV producer at large TV stations such as Disney Channel and Universal Channel, I dived into the world of psychology and built up my business as an Anxiety & Perfectionism Coach, BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR Therapist, NLP Practitioner, and Keynote Speaker. With more than 10.000 hours of experience as a coach, therapist and mentor, I also integrate Compassion & Mindfulness focused techniques as agents for positive change in individuals I work with to cultivate self-compassion. My goal is to help others foster relationships with themselves and discover inner strengths to lead a more fulfilled and happier life. I grew up in Istanbul, and lived in Denmark for many years before I moved to England with my beautiful daughter Bianca. My husband Mike, our little Beagle “Pepper" and I now live in Essex, UK.
