Aya was initiated in the shamanic traditions of indigenous Americans and Indo-Tibetan method of Dzogchen meditation. In her online programs and face to face sessions she draws from this lineage as well as her strong roots in formal education: Aya has gained Masters in Social Science with additional qualifications in psychotherapy, conflict resolution, healing trauma and bodywork; a fail-proof system to supporting women whole-heartedly accessing their potential and restoring their inner and outer radiance.
