I've always been a bit of a book worm; reading anything and everything I could get my hands on. I quickly fell in love with Dante and William Blake. It wasn't long before I started writing my own poetry and from there my first book. I first started thinking about Nikolas's story when I was around 12 or 13 years old. I was more interested in poetry at the time and didn't actually start writing my first novel until 2012. As I began actually putting it down on paper, it always seemed like an explanation was needed, so I wrote an origin story, which turned out to be the perfect starting point for the Vicheu Chronicles. My introduction to writing novels started out as poems that were much different from the ones I'd done before. They had changed subtly and suddenly they told a story. I decided right then that the Vicheu Chronicles needed to be written. I currently have four books published with a few more in the works.
