Ashley was a reader first and began writing fantasy stories to scratch an itch she wasn't finding in other books. She's a sucker for a good slow-burn romance, and a plot that keeps the reader guessing until the very end. She's an OKC transplant and works as an author by night, and healthcare finance nerd by day. Ashley is a mom to four daughters and frequently uses them as inspiration for her characters. Her biggest hope is that they chase their passions just as relentlessly, and that they don't read her books until they're at least twenty. She's also a huge dog lover and lives at home with two very cute, but barking maniacs/Corgis. Her husband is pretty okay, too. He doesn't bark.
