I think I wrote my first "novel" in 5th grade - about a plucky little alien trying to understand Earth. It didn't go very far, but it sparked a love of writing. I love all genres and have a couple of picture books and a book to help career seekers. I've also had the pleasure of being a contributing author to numerous parenting and business books. Most recently, I wrote my debut novel about a husband trying to help his wife as she works to live with multiple personality disorder. My other passion is psychology and I worked as a trauma and addictions psychotherapist for years before starting a non-profit to help traumatized teens. I continue to write and am working on a 4 volume series called The 316's. We follow a family as they fall apart and pick up the pieces again. I continue to work with clients in the capacity of a career and parenting consultant.
