Antonio Matteo Bruscella is a psychologist and psychotherapist specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Bruscella teaches at several schools of specialization in psychotherapy in Italy and is the Director of Education at the School of Specialization in Psychotherapy of Basilicata. He is president and a founding member of the Lucana Association of Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ALPTCC), ordinary member of the Italian Association of Behavior Analysis and Modification (AIAMC), and member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). His clinical and research interests are oriented towards the study and application of therapeutic protocols of evidence-based psychology. Dr. Bruscella has many years of clinical experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders and related emotional problems and is the author of numerous self-help publications in this field.
