Angelus Perez is a dynamic entrepreneur, business coach, and prolific non-fiction author with over two decades of experience in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational performance improvement. He empowers business owners and corporate leaders to achieve ambitious profits and impact goals by combining data-driven insights with practical coaching methodologies and creative problem-solving strategies. Angelus holds a degree in Business and Science from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ. Before launching his entrepreneurial ventures, he spent over a decade in the corporate world, excelling in roles such as field technician, sales representative, corporate IT support, and mid-management communication consulting. His diverse background shaped his ability to adapt and thrive across industries. 1999 Angelus created Chimera Enterprise, LLC, a seasonal novelty gifts and prop design and fabrication company. As a Production and Talent Hiring Manager, Angelus enhanced team efficiency, increased ticket sales, and strengthened customer satisfaction through leadership mentorship and performance coaching. Angelus co-founded Success Genie, LLC, in 2006. There, he provided one-on-one coaching and led leadership programs for hundreds of clients, helping them improve communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance customer retention. In 2022, he founded Success Axis Coaching, LLC, expanding his influence by guiding businesses toward sustainable growth and operational excellence. In early 2024, Angelus launched his own social media publishing business, where he now shares his decades of expertise through insightful, actionable non-fiction books. His works offer practical tools and strategies for improving business performance, enhancing leadership skills, and building resilience in any market. When he’s not writing or coaching, Angelus enjoys exploring new business ventures/investments, sharing his knowledge, and helping others push the boundaries of entrepreneurial success.
