I'm a global nomad, born in Texas but always on the move. I've spent far more time abroad than in the US, and speak fluent English, French and can kind of get by in a couple other languages. I started my career as a programmer, became a tech CEO, and then, when I was almost 50, discovered I liked people more than computers. So I reinvented myself as an executive coach and leadership facilitator. And I’ve never looked back. Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege of coaching leaders of multinational companies across many industries. My background as a successful tech CEO, as well as my experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and patenting strategies, including managing my own CEO succession plan, have given me valuable insights into the challenges facing today's leaders. I am grateful for the opportunity to help leaders inspire and motivate a diverse workforce, influence ever-changing internal and external stakeholders, and adapt to fast-changing markets and conditions. Over the years, I have coached leaders of multinational companies in various industries, such as Banking, Insurance, Technology, and Oil & Gas -- companies that include well-known names like Citibank, Deloitte, HSBC, McKinsey, MasterCard, and Visa. My coaching philosophy centers around the belief that change, transformation, and reinvention give individuals the opportunity to grow and expand the definition of who they are, so they can be free to create the life they want. As a multicultural individual, I have had the privilege of experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives throughout my life, from growing up in the United States to living in North Africa, Europe, and now Singapore. I hold certifications from the International Coaching Federation, Newfield, and McKinsey. I am always seeking to expand my knowledge and skills, and am excited to see where my journey as a coach will take me next.
