Andy Noronha is a director with the Cisco Office of Inclusion and Collaboration and a visiting scholar at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, an IMD and Cisco initiative. Andy develops insights that help guide the future of digitization for Cisco and its customers. He also works with executives from companies seeking to remain competitive in an era of digital disruption. He started his career at Gartner, and later co-founded a consulting firm serving technology vendors. Andy studied Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
