At age 35 Andy co-created Veryfine Products Fruit2O (now a product of Kraft Foods), the first no calorie fruit flavored spring water product that ultimately reinvented the bottled water industry. Since then he has been deeply immersed in the world of leadership serving F100’s, military, DoD, NPO’s and start-ups. Andy's passion is to speak, write and consult emerging thought leaders and companies to help them discover their next big thing. Andy was born in Cleveland, OH. He is an Honorary Professor of at Air University, U.S Air Force and Department of Defense. He holds a BBA of Finance from Kent State University, M.S. from BTC, PCC Professional Certified Coach from CoachU, CLC Certified Life Coach from ILCT and is SHRM-CP certified. He is a fan of extreme sports. For the last 15 years he and a group of like-minded adventurers have traveled across America to hike various 14’ers (14,000 foot or higher mountains) the biggest, Mnt. Witney in California.
