Andrée is a multi-award-winning coach, learning and development consultant, author and speaker who is the founder and driving force behind the success of Aspiring Future Competence (AFC). Since its inception in 2002, AFC has helped clients discover themselves and apply new tools and techniques to bring about positive change and empowerment. She is passionate about supporting others to make significant changes in their lives. Over the past twenty years, she has been on her own journey of self-discovery to be a qualified Coach, NLP Practitioner and professional confidence and wellbeing coach for professional women. Throughout her journey, Andrée has discovered that authenticity is the key to happiness, fulfilment and success and is keen to get the message out there to others. In 2011, she was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer and has dreamed of sharing her story and strategies to help others achieve a healthy mind, body and life. Her mission is to help individuals break through behaviour patterns, challenge the norm, gain confidence, and be authentic to live their desired lives. In her second book, she shares her story about her cancer journey and provides self-care and resilience strategies to enable others to choose their own path to health and wellness.
