André Telles is co-founder / ex-partner of iCities, the company responsible for the FIRA Barcelona world congress of smart cities in Brazil. In his government career, he served as the General Superintendent of Innovation for the Government of the State of Paraná and is currently the Director of Market at the Paraná Technology Company (Celepar).
