Ambi Kavanagh (née Sitham) is a certified Reiki Master, astrologer, sound healer, life coach, and host of the podcast Alchemy with Ambi. For over a decade, Ambi has had the privilege to travel around the world to holy sites and study with spiritual teachers and shamans, who have passed down ancient teachings on energy healing. She was formerly an entertainment lawyer and on-air legal expert in London before becoming a wellness leader In Los Angeles. Over the years Ambi has performed thousands of her signature chakra-balancing Soulstrology Soundbaths and was recommended by Vogue as the “go-to soundbath” in Los Angeles. She’s appeared in notable wellness conferences including performing a Soundbath at the opening ceremony at the 2019 In Goop Health event, and more recently the In Goop Health’s first-ever digital series .
