Amara Muhurta is the pen name of a Spanish author of intimate, contemplative and reflective poetry. Her writing grows from everyday moments, silence and the emotions left by the passage of time. She is the author of Sensación o Vigilia, a poetry collection featuring her own images and distinctive typographic experimentation that is also available as an audiobook, and Momentos que se esfuman para crear otros, which explores the fleeting nature of time and inner transformation. Her poetry appears in volumes I and III of Geometría del asombro, published by Santa Rabia Poetry, and she has contributed to AUTORES and Santa Rabia Poetry. Her forthcoming poetry collection, Escribir o cómo robarle huecos al tiempo, explores writing as refuge, resistance and a way of claiming a space of one’s own within everyday life.
