Amanda Meredith is a bestselling author and the voice behind Addict Chick. She is the tattooed mom to a teenager named Mason, recovering drug addict, and badass chick. She loves angry music, rock festivals, and is obsessed with her crazy ass Dobermans, Tempest and Sully. Yes, Sully is named after the lead singer of Godsmack. Writing quotes and turning them into meme’s is her nirvana. She is an avid DIYer and and knows how to use a miter saw and Kreg Jig. (Thanks Mom!) She is the killer of all plants, definitely a little crazy, and totally an INFJ. In a past life she was an ambitious, not-very-nice, relentless overachiever in corporate America. When she is not writing you can find her trying to be funny on social media, hanging out with the homeless because those are her people, or trying to talk her kid into hanging out. She plans to debut a series of trashy fiction books where she drags the characters through hell, figures out ways to get them into bed, with many people dying in brutal and horrific ways. In a world where addiction is stigmatized, and addicts are considered a scar on society, she chooses to recover out-loud and across social media. @AddictChick on all the things!
