Alinka Rutkowska is a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and the co-founder of Leaders Brands.

Since 2010, she has dedicated her career to helping visionaries, entrepreneurs, and leaders turn their ideas into books that transform lives and open doors. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Alinka worked in the corporate world and studied business at top universities in Poland and Italy, later completing the “Inspiring Entrepreneurial Strategy in Times of Crisis” course at Harvard Business School.

Over the years, she has guided more than 500 authors worldwide — leaders of major global organizations such as DHL, Mitsubishi, and Montessori, as well as renowned entrepreneurs and thought leaders. Together with her team, Alinka has helped bring hundreds of thousands of books into the hands of readers across the globe. Many of these titles have become USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestsellers, as well as #1 bestsellers on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Her work has helped authors land TEDx talks, secure major media features, and step onto international stages, using their books as powerful platforms for influence and impact.

As an author herself, Alinka has published nearly 50 books and anthologies, which have reached bestseller lists and sold widely. Her expertise has been featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Writer’s Digest. Through Leaders Brands, she continues to champion authors by providing a proven path from idea to bestselling book — and from bestselling book to lasting legacy.
