Dr. Alicia Partee is a Cultural Wellness Architect, executive leader, pastor, licensed marriage and family therapist, international bestselling author, and the First Lady of AI. She is a pioneering voice at the intersection of human identity, culture, leadership, and artificial intelligence, helping leaders build human centered systems in a rapidly changing world. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning Silicon Valley, global business environments, and ministry, Dr. Partee has worked across corporate, nonprofit, and faith based sectors guiding individuals and organizations through seasons of transition, cultural adaptation, and transformation. Her work integrates emotional intelligence, leadership development, and cross cultural insight so leaders can remain grounded in identity while navigating complex environments and diverse teams. Dr. Partee is the Founder and CEO of Authentigrate, a platform designed to help individuals and organizations navigate cultural transitions through certified Cultural Navigators and practical frameworks for authentic integration. Her approach is shaped by her own experience living and working abroad for eight years in Norway, along with decades of leadership in multicultural environments. As an executive pastor and spiritual leader, Dr. Partee is deeply committed to helping people answer two defining questions that shape both leadership and belonging: who am I and where do I fit. Her work challenges leaders to move beyond performance driven identities and instead lead from a place of authenticity, living as the same person everywhere. Dr. Partee holds a Doctor of Ministry in Global Leadership in the African Diaspora from Portland Seminary. Her research explores identity, faith, culture, and belonging in multicultural ministry and leadership contexts. Through her writing, speaking, and leadership frameworks including the I³ Framework which focuses on Identity, Influence, and Integration, Dr. Partee equips leaders to align purpose, identity, and influence so they can lead authentically and effectively in every space they enter. Dr. Partee lives in California with her family and continues her work at the intersection of faith, leadership, culture, and human transformation.
