Alice Gregory is a Professor of Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. She has been researching sleep and associated psychiatric difficulties for almost two decades and has published more than 100 scientific papers. She gained her Bachelor's at the University of Oxford and her PhD at the Institute of Psychiatry, London. She is keen on the public communication of science and her work has been published in numerous outlets internationally including The Independent, Daily Mail, Sud Ouest, Thrive Global and The Guardian.
