Dr. Alexis Redding is a developmental psychologist and leading expert on college students and mental health. She is the Faculty Co-Chair of Higher Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) where she also directs a Professional Development Program on Mental Health in Higher Education. She co-leads the Transition to Adulthood lab and is the co-author of "The End of Adolescence: The Lost Art of Delaying Adulthood" and editor of "Mental Health in College: What Research Tells Us About Supporting Students." She is a keynote speaker whose work has been featured in The Atlantic, NPR, The New York Times, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Teen Vogue, and Inside Higher Ed as well as in a TEDx talk, "Why we keep telling young adults the wrong stories."
