An entrepreneur, investor and expert in the future of work, he has built a career in digital transformation and education. He founded RADICAL HR, which is now part of the Future of Work Group where he serves as CEO, that leads large-scale transformation projects for Italian and international companies. He is also the co-founder of HAPPY2C, an investment boutique with 16 startup investments and 4 successful exits, with a focus on HRtech and EDtech. His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Talent Garden Innovation School, a European leader in digital education. He also directed the Research Center and the School of Communication and Management at IED, the European Institute of Design. He serves on the board of directors for Save the Children Italia, ViviSalute and Laborability. He wrote eight books: in 2023, Le 5 lenti dell’HR, and first, Company Culture, the Operating System that Makes Companies Grow. He also published the bestseller Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages ​​and made into a film; the tenth anniversary edition, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the novel Berlin Sono Io and three essays: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l'Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori. He was also director of Tag Books, the first Italian book series on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, the publishing house of Bocconi University.
