Dr. Alejandro Canonero, DBA, is an ecosystem strategist, executive advisor, author, and international technology leader. He is Global Partnerships Director at BytePlus (ByteDance), leading go-to-market, partnerships, sales, and solutions across international growth markets. He is also Managing Director of Ecosystem Strategy Services FZ. With more than 30 years across AWS, Google Cloud, ByteDance, Criteo, Teradata, HP, EMC, Dell, and Kyriba, he builds AI, cloud, SaaS, marketplace, and partner ecosystems that turn strategy into measurable growth. He helped build AWS Marketplace in EMEA, led Google Cloud public-sector partner ecosystem initiatives, and created Criteo’s indirect channel strategy. He is the author of War of the Ecosystems and El Nuevo Cruce. His doctoral research focuses on cloud, SaaS, and AI partner ecosystems.
