Alan Corey is a three-time author, entrepreneur, and former stand-up comedian who has spent more than 20 years working in real estate as an investor, coach, and agent. While living in the projects of Spanish Harlem, he bought his first home, a one-bedroom condo, with just 10,000 USD and built it into a multi-million-dollar portfolio. That journey is chronicled in his books "A Million Bucks by 30," "The Subversive Job Search," and "House FIRE," which earned endorsements from Barbara Corcoran (Shark Tank), Brandon Turner (BiggerPockets), and Grant Cardone (Real Estate King). Based in his hometown of Atlanta, Alan works as a real estate agent in the city's intown and BeltLine neighborhoods and the City of Decatur, with a focus on primary residences. He leads the Alan Corey Team and founded the brokerage Atlanta Brokers Collective.
