Alan Chatting has been involved in teaching, learning and personal development for 40 years. He has been a teacher, a psychotherapist, a mediator, coach and trainer. In his first book, “Evolution and You”, he has tried to condense all of that knowledge and experience into a comprehensive collection of evolutionary tools ranging from the simple to the challenging, always seeking to keep the material as accessible as possible. His book about the experiences of the adult children of narcissistic parents, was published at the end of 2019. Recently Alan completed his MSc in Psychology. His area of special study was the experience of adult diagnosis of ADHD. He subsequently wrote his latest book, Unmasking Adult ADHD, A Case of Mistaken Identity, published in 2025. He is still writing, and is currently exploring the possibility of a work of psychological fiction. Watch this space!
