Alan Chatting has been involved in teaching, learning and personal development for 40 years. He has been a teacher, a psychotherapist, a mediator, coach and trainer. In his first book, “Evolution and You”, he has tried to condense all of that knowledge and experience into a comprehensive collection of evolutionary tools ranging from the simple to the challenging, always seeking to keep the material as accessible as possible. He is currently working on a book about the experiences of the adult children of narcissistic parents, which should be published at the end of 2019.
