​Adam Lee's journey to leadership began as an Army veteran, with several years deployed overseas. He learned to lead from the ground up, commanding teams in complex environments and collaborating with diverse international partners. He has since applied this experience to the business world, climbing the ranks to his current role as a Director of Operations. ​A lifelong learner with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and a graduate student at USC. Personally, Adam is a passionate writer and student of stoic philosophy. He believes that building self-confidence is the cornerstone of effective leadership, a principle he shares through his writing and lectures. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking delicious food, and getting lost in his extensive book collection.
