Adam Fox writes about time, attention, productivity and the realities of modern life in a world that never seems to slow down.

An international bestselling author and creator of The DROP System, his work grew from his own experience of burnout after years in high-pressure business. What began as a search for a better way to work became a much bigger exploration of how we spend our finite time and attention, and what modern life is quietly taking from us.

Across six books, Adam explores productivity, distraction, technology, parenting, agency and our increasingly complicated relationship with attention.

His work is practical, direct and grounded in lived experience rather than perfect routines or productivity theatre. The question underneath almost everything he writes is deceptively simple:

Is there a better way?

Adam is also a business owner, coach and President of the Wellingborough & North Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Northamptonshire with his wife, two daughters and their Labrador.
